So many reasons! Staying connected to country helps Aboriginal stay strong and maintains culture across the generations. A well resourced ranger system shows support and respect for First Nation people and their priorities. It offers non-Indigenous people a chance to learn from Indigenous people. It's a no brainer that we should be doing this.
