This is the rightful way to support indigenous families to stay on country,a strong role model for their mob, carrying old knowledge forward, their understanding of country,weather patterns,native animals behaviour,I only hope many more indigenous rangers are employed,trained by their elders and given permanent lifelong tenure....its time
