SIGN THE PETITION FOR MORE QUEENSLAND INDIGENOUS RANGERS

Indigenous rangers are working for Queensland.

Across some of our state's most precious landscapes, Indigenous rangers are at the frontline of caring for wildlife and wild places. Rangers work to control the spread of weeds and the threat of feral animals, limit dangerous wildfires, protect threatened species on the land and the sea, maintain tourism facilities and cultural sites, and more.

Indigenous ranger jobs also support cultural strength, create meaningful work for people in regional and remote Queensland, open up new opportunities for men and women, young and old, and create genuine and positive partnerships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

Indigenous rangers are producing environmental, economic and social outcomes for the benefit of all Queenslanders. Join us in calling for a long term plan for more Indigenous ranger jobs in Queensland.
