Country Needs People is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan organisation with a majority Indigenous board, 100% focused on growing, championing and securing Indigenous Rangers, Indigenous Protected Areas and wider Indigenous land and sea management into the future.

We don’t receive any funding from government and rely solely on private donations for our operations. 

Your generous donation will help us strengthen the success of Indigenous Rangers and Indigenous Protected Areas by directly supporting our work with a network of over 50 Indigenous frontline organisations.

Larger Gifts & Philanthropy

Our success to date is funded by a small number of foundations and philanthropists who understand the enormous potential of a strong, well-resourced Indigenous land and sea management sector.  Our future relies upon growing the number of trusts, foundations and major donors who support us.

Donating directly into our Public Fund (details below) is a way to save on platform fees, which can run into hundreds of dollars for larger donations.

2. Please ensure that your name is clearly written in the transaction description so that we can issue you a receipt. 
3. For the receipt to be issued please also email us at giving[at]countryneedspeople.org.au, including your full name and donation amount. 
4. If you would like to set up recurring donations, please let us know in the email so we can discuss whether to give you a monthly receipt or an annual one at the end of the financial year.
